Information collected

  • “Let's talk about your project” questionnaire: name, email, phone (optional), company, job title, country, industry, number of employees and annual revenue (optional), service needed, description of your needs, timeline, estimated budget (optional).
  • “Become a partner / Join our network” questionnaire: profile type (partner company, consultant or local service provider), name or company name, contact person, country, city where you are based, services offered, industries covered, years of experience, website or LinkedIn profile, email, phone, message (optional).
  • Newsletter: email address, date and proof of your consent.
  • Website analytics: aggregated, anonymous statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, no cookies).

Purposes

To respond to your request or partner application and, if you have consented, to send you the newsletter every two weeks along with its guide.

Retention period

Requests are kept for no more than 24 months after our last exchange. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Disclosure and storage outside your country

Your information may be stored or accessed outside your country, including in Canada, Côte d'Ivoire, the European Union and the United States, by our service providers: Cloudflare (hosting, Turnstile anti-bot protection, website analytics) and Brevo (email delivery and contact management). It is never sold.

Your rights

You can access your information, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or ARTCI (Côte d'Ivoire).

Law 25 (Quebec), Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada), Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, Ivorian Law No. 2013-450 on the protection of personal data.
